The road to Mobile and the South Regional came through Opp High School last night as the Lady Bobcats hosted the Daleville Lady Warhawks in their first home Sub-Regional game in 18 years. Click read more for a game summary.

After a tight first quarter the Opp Lady Bobcats took advantage of turnovers and free throws to push their lead to ten at halftime 28-18.  The game remained close after three quarters until a 6-0 run by Opp put the game out of reach in the fourth.  The Lady Bobcats sailed to the win 61-40 to earn their first regional birth since 2004.
